“The ocean is where I feel the most present and free. The ocean forces you to focus back on your breath. Full presence. I started free diving as a young boy and was hooked. Free diving introduced me to the world of breath. Currently certified as a master free diver through Apnea Total and going to school for trauma release breath work. I spent the 2022 summer with competitive free divers during the Roatan Cup, learning all of the little techniques in breath holding and going deep.
